At Frozenonthakreon, a Danish candle business based in Blåvand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied with your candle order, we are here to help in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws.
In accordance with Danish consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your candle purchase for a full refund or exchange. The candle must be unused, unburned, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it from our Blåvand workshop.

To initiate a return of your candle, please contact us at info@frozenonthakreon.world or call +4523251641. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address in Denmark. Returns should be sent to our Blåvand workshop address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the candle is defective or we made an error in your order. For customers in Denmark, we recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned candle at our Blåvand workshop, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, in accordance with Danish payment processing standards.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective candle product.
If you wish to exchange your candle for a different scent or size, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability from our Blåvand workshop. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle from our workshop, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement candle or full refund, including return shipping costs. We take quality seriously and will resolve any issues promptly.
Please package your candle return securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging when possible. Frozenonthakreon is not responsible for candles lost or damaged during return shipping if not properly packaged. For customers in Denmark, we recommend using PostNord or another reliable shipping service with tracking.
